Berry Nice Bowl – Banana and Raspberry porridge

This is a super simple but super delicious bowl of oats.

The brightly coloured raspberries help make the bowl look extra delicious and perfectly complement the yogurt, banana and peanut butter.

Ingredients:

1 handful of oats

Almond Milk

1 small banana

8 raspberries (frozen are fine)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp peanut butter

1 tbsp vanilla yogurt

Method:

Slice the banana and add half to a bowl with the oats and the almond milk.

Microwave for 2 minutes, stir and top up with more liquid if required.

Microwave for another minute.

Top with the remaining sliced banana, the peanut butter, yoghurt and raspberries and finally sprinkle on the chia seeds to finish.

  1. I had a few leftover raspberries in the fridge on Friday and tipped them into my porridge and loved the pinky tinge it gave to the oats. I’ll try a banana mix but don’t think I can go to peanut butter. Great blog though – your devotion to porridge is exemplary! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
